The artwork is beautifully done, the school and landscapes are all rendered with detail, leaving the characters rather simple in contrast. There's some slapstick to the comedy, and it's very light hearted despite touching on some rather strange topics.

Despite being anime, there's not too much Japanese slang to confuse you if you're not familiar. It's rather westernised, so there isn't too much of a Japanese feel. In saying all of that though, the names of people and places are kept true to form, so there isn't a sense of displacement. It's been dubbed in english, so you don't have to read a whole heap of subtitles.
If you've ever dreamed of being so rich you don't know what to do with your time and money, if you're a fag hag, or you just love a hint of boy on boy action, this will tickle your fancy and give you quite a few good laughs.

Here's the first episode, enjoy! (much thanks to whomever posted it)
Rachell.
