Hard work is something that I have never simply picked up or have been taught by someone else, maybe its the bi product of going out and getting my first job at the age of 14. Now at 19 years of age, for the first time I believe that I am finally in control of my destiny.
My name is Lucas Sutton, and i have gathered all my thoughts and passions, tied them together and decided to start this blog - which i have been meaning to do for about a year or so now. So i formally welcome you to Portfolio. Portfolio is my seed, which I hope will grow and in time bloom into something that I can proudly call my own. It's not just an creative and inspirational outlet for myself, but an inspiration for all our readers.
I have asked dear friends Zoie Mayne and Rachell Silver to help collaborate on this very special project, and in time I hope this blog will be comprised of new and upcoming designers, musicians, perspectives - from every decade and photographers.
I have taken inspiration from conversations I'v had with friends or talented folks' who I'v met by chance, exhibitions, runway collections, the streets of Brisbane, architecture, costumes and a male's and female's silhouette - all shapes and sizes. Young and naive I know I am, but i know what I want to achive out of my life, and I finally have found the confidence to do so. I want to experience the world and its journeys - no matter which road it takes me down - bumpy or not.
